Wasn't sure this little thing would make much difference, but it honestly does. It gives my smaller dildo a much wider base so it actually stays put instead of tipping over mid-use. Simple idea, works great.

The larger base it creates for my smaller dildos made everything feel way more secure during use. Definitely a simple but effective accessory.

It does hold small dildos steadier, which is why I bought it. But the fit is finicky with anything thicker — the ring took a lot of wrestling to stretch over. Fine for the price, just not the easy fix I hoped for.
