I left this on my coffee table and three different guests picked it up before dinner was even served. The ferociously funny writing is what keeps you turning pages, but the retro ads and layout are what make it worth leaving out.

The faux 80s pulp magazine format is genuinely gorgeous in person, the covers alone made me leave it out on my coffee table. It's ferociously funny too, I read the whole thing in one sitting on the beach.

I bought this as a gag gift for my best friend and ended up reading the whole thing before wrapping it. The faux 1980s pulp design is so spot-on that it looks like a vintage find, and the writing is genuinely funny and steamy. It's now sitting on my coffee table because it's too good to give away.
